Fabrication Offerings
BWFS offers fabrication of ASME Division 1 & 2 pressure vessels piping in carbon, stainless, duplex, and alloy steels, as well as structural items like ladders and platforms. Our equipment includes plate rolls, a 5-axis plasma cutter, CNC cutting machines, and automated welding and cutting tools.

Vessel Design
BWFS Industries has been a leader in the oil and gas industry by providing over 20,000 ASME code vessels worldwide, with vessels that have been in service as much as 30 years.
5-Axis Steel Plate Cutting
Plate Cutting with a 3100 Mastergraph EX2 Model 3700 gantry plasma / oxy-fuel cutting machine with an optional 3D cutting head. Capable of cutting up to 5” in carbon steel and 6” for stainless.
Engineering & Drafting
In-house Mechanical Engineering, including a Professional Engineer on staff to ensure that proper mechanical design of Section VIII Division 1 and 2 pressure vessels are met.
Gantry Cranes
Four gantry cranes on-site. 100,000, 200,000, 400,000, 450,000, and 860,000 pound lift capacity.
Structural Steel Design/Fabrication
Ladders and platforms associated with process vessels can be designed and manufactured in house to meet PIP, OSHA or any client specifications.
Steel Plate Rolling
Heavy plate rolling up to 12 feet wide.
Stress Relieving
Capabilites up to 130 feet in closed furnace. Larger applications upon request.
Blasting & Coating
On-site paint facility for blasting and coating to meet specific requirements.
