BWFS Industries LLC has the staff and experience to provide the services of a much larger company, but at a much more reasonable price. In order to serve our customers, we are able to perform vessel design, drafting, layout and design work, 3D modeling, and finite element analysis. BWFS Industries LLC has a professional mechanical engineer and staff with accumulated experience of over 50 years. BWFS Industries LLC is able to provide welding and fabrication products that are designed and meet ASME Section VIII Division 1 and 2 vessel design to comply with ABS, DNV, PED, USCG, and Canadian Registration and piping meeting B31.1 and B31.3 piping codes. BWFS Industries LLC can design structural components using ANSYS or RISA software to meet ASCE, UBC, IBC, NBC, Canada and Mexico building Codes.

Being that vessels are our primary product, BWFS Industries LLC has experienced staff that can properly design ASME Section VIII Div.1 and Div.2 vessels utilizing several leading vessel software packages including Advanced Pressure Vessel, Compress, and PV Elite.

ANSYS is an industry leader in finite element analysis software. This software is being used by aerospace, oil & gas, and major manufacturing corporations throughout the world. BWFS Industries LLC uses this software and applies it to vessel and structural design. BWFS Industries LLC has a professional mechanical engineer on staff and a powerful software package such as ANSYS so we are able to provide very advanced stress analysis on components that do not lend themselves to standard ASME or structural calculations.

With piping and skid packages as a main product, BWFS Industries LLC has trained staff that can provide 3D drawings utilizing ProE Wildfire software. As one of the most recognized 3D packages in the industry, ProE provides extensive capability to our clients. ProE can provide 3D images for visualization that aids in designing an advanced layout and design. ProE also provides an excellent 3D modeling platform for finite stress analysis.

AutoCad is the industry standard in drafting. BWFS Industries LLC has capable staff that can provide drawings for vessels, piping systems, and structural items. We rely on AutoCad for most of our fabrication work. Our 5-Axis plasma plate burning equipment is integrated into our engineering department where parts are designed using the precision of AutoCad, transformed into machine language, and nested utilizing the latest MTC software ProNest. Parts are then plasma cut and etched, and given to our fabrication shop for assembly.
