Safety Statement

BWFS Industries LLC realizes that safety in our workplace and throughout our lives is paramount. Safety cannot exist without the proper training and support. Here at BWFS Industries LLC, we have continued to expand our training for our employees over the years. We conduct both in house training as well as bring professional third party individuals into our facility and conduct training seminars and certifications. Another aspect of safety is having good quality equipment to work with that is properly designed to perform the required work. Ownership has throughout the years invested a large amount of money into upgrading and adding new equipment. With a permanent maintenance crew on staff, equipment can be repaired and serviced immediately as needed.

Finally, safety is something that must be constantly thought about during our work day. Weekly safety meetings are conducted to remind each employee of safety issues. Each week, there is a new topic that is discussed as well as an opportunity for individual to discuss additional topics on a more personal level.
